RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS FOR PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAM ITEMS

There will be no refunds on personalized and monogram purchases, as well as clearance items. However, please let us know of any problems or damages promptly so that we can come up with a solution! Again, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. 

A replacement will be considered under some circumstances such as mail damage or loss. Please let me know of any problems or damages promptly so we can devise a solution! Again, we don't want you to truly be "mad" with The Mad Padder and always want you to be happy with your purchase.

*The colors on your computer screen may not be exact and may slightly vary from listing/pictures. This type of "problem" will not be refunded. We do our very best to show colors as close as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

For all other items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Our custom products (such as special orders or monogrammed/personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us here in order to return the item you have and exchange it for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
